The Northcote Bipolar Support Group is a new support group which holds its monthly meetings at the Northcote Library (meeting room).
The purpose of our support group is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect diagnosed people with similar experiences.
Group members gain strength and support from each other, and learn new ways of coping through sharing feelings, knowledge, information and ideas. Speakers on topics like mental health services or health and well-being are also arranged at regular intervals.
Support group meetings are held at:
Northcote Library 32/38 Separation St Northcote (near High St)
On the FIRST Wednesday of each month (except January)
from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
Please note that the February meeting has been changed to Thursday 7th February (7:30pm to 9:00pm)
There is no requirement to book, just come along and it’s free. You will be made most welcome.
