Interested in learning
new ways of living well with bipolar?

Our research team recently completed the very successful ORBIT project, in which more than 300 people from around the world helped us explore the benefits of our interventions.

Now, for the BETTER project, we’re specifically interested in how our two interventions benefit people who have experienced fewer than 10 mood episodes in their lifetime. If you have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder only fairly recently, or perhaps have been living with bipolar disorder for some time without experiencing a lot of separate episodes, you might like to join the BETTER project!

In the BETTER project, we’ll be comparing two brief, online interventions created by international experts which both include videos, exercises, tools, forums and an online coach. To find out if these interventions are helpful, we’ll also ask you to complete three assessments (which include a telephone and online component) over a three month period. You will be reimbursed for participation in these assessments.
