The Bentleigh Bipolar Support Group was established in 2015 and holds its monthly meetings at Godfrey Street Community House, 9 Godfrey St, Bentleigh (just a short 3 minute walk from Bentleigh station).
The purpose of our support group is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect diagnosed people with similar experiences. Group members gain strength and support from each other, and learn new ways of coping through sharing feelings, knowledge, information and ideas. Speakers on topics like mental health services or health and well-being are also arranged at regular intervals.
Support group meetings are held at Godfrey Street Community House, 9 Godfrey St, Bentleigh on the second Wednesday of each month from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
There is no requirement to book, just come along and it’s free. You will be made most welcome.
